All of our orders are shipped from our warehouse in Fremont, California, USA. Orders are shipped via Fedex courier service, US Mail or freight carrier for large orders. We try to ship most orders received within 2 to 3 business days. Once your order is shipped, you will be e-mailed your tracking number.

Small orders are shipped via US priority mail service. Larger orders are usually shipped via Fedex courier international service. We will try to find the appropriate shipping method for the package size and weight.

In addition to theshipping charges there may be additional charges such as customs duties, taxes and fees that you will have to pay in your country for receiving the products. Orders shipped within USA and Canada

Most of the orders shipped within USA and Canada are via Fedex or US Mail. US mail offers flat rate priority mail box options that we have found to be timely and cost effective for shipping. There are 3 categories of flat rate boxes � small, medium and large that are generally used by us. If your order fits into any of these boxes then that box will be used for shipping the product to you.

Return Policy

We know that in some cases you may want to return the product. We will gladly accept our products back if they are not damaged and are in good condition. Because of the time and expense involved in shipping packages a 15% restocking fee will be charged on all returns and exchanges. There are no refunds on shipping charges for returns. Please review the product information carefully before ordering. If you have questions please call and inquire before ordering.

We take great care in packaging our products. All packages are inspected before dispatching. If the package is damaged during shipment, which is rare, the damaged products will be replaced or refunded. Please inspect all packages at the time of arrival. If the package is damaged, please inform your carrier (Fedex, US Mail or local mail service) immediately. If the package is damaged during shipping, the shipping carrier is usually responsible. If you need to return a product, please inform us within 15 days of receipt of product. We reserve the right to refuse refunds and returns after 15 days.
